SignalStairs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users ("you," "your") of our mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information when you use our services.
By using SignalStairs, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App immediately.
2 Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services. The types of data we collect fall into these categories:
Device model, OS version, app version, language, Advertising ID
Compatibility, bug fixing, analytics, ad delivery
Purchase History
Subscription tier, SignalCoins purchases

We DO NOT collect or store: Credit card numbers, bank account details, cryptocurrency wallet private keys, government ID documents, or biometric data. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple and Google.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
Service Delivery: To provide, operate, and maintain our App and its core features including trading signals, AI analysis, and market data
Account Management: To create and manage your account, process subscriptions, and verify your identity for premium features
Communication: To send service-related notifications including signal alerts, account updates, and customer support responses
Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's functionality, performance, and user interface
Rewarded Features: Free users may unlock certain signals, AI analysis, or other features by viewing advertisements. This requires processing an Advertising ID to deliver and measure those ads
Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse of our services
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
4 Payment Processing
All financial transactions within SignalStairs are processed exclusively through:
Apple App Store (for iOS devices) - Apple's payment system
Google Play Store (for Android devices) - Google's payment system
We use RevenueCat as a subscription management platform to handle purchase verification and subscription status. RevenueCat does not receive or store your credit card or banking details - those remain exclusively with Apple and Google.
At no point does SignalStairs directly collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, debit card details, or bank account information.
5 Third-Party Services
To provide our services effectively, we integrate with the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, Cloud Firestore database, Cloud Storage (used to host profile photos you upload), and Analytics. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.
RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification.
Google AdMob: Displays in-app advertisements, including rewarded ads that unlock certain free-tier features. May use Advertising ID for ad delivery, frequency capping, and performance measurement. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Binance: The App may provide deep links to the Binance app or website for users who choose to act on a signal. SignalStairs does not transmit your data to Binance, does not access your Binance account, and does not execute trades on your behalf - any trade execution happens manually, by you, within Binance's own platform.
These third parties are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6 Data Storage & Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
Encrypted data transmission using TLS/SSL protocols
Secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud (Firebase)
Authentication via secure OAuth 2.0 protocols (Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In)
Regular security reviews and updates
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to maintain the highest standards of protection.
7 Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account exists
Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days
Purchase Records: Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes as required by applicable law
Anonymized Data: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes

9 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your SignalStairs account at any time, directly within the App:
App → Settings → Account → Delete Account
Upon deletion:
Your account credentials and profile information are permanently erased
Your personal data is removed from our active databases within 30 days
Any remaining SignalCoins or active subscriptions are forfeited
Anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytical purposes
10 Children's Privacy
SignalStairs is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the account. If you believe we may have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
11 International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. These servers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. By using SignalStairs, you consent to the transfer of your data to these facilities. We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Our mobile App does not use cookies but may use device identifiers, including the Advertising ID, for analytics and advertising purposes as described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features. We will notify you of any material changes by:
