1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SignalStairs mobile application ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SignalStairs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This agreement governs your access to and use of the SignalStairs application, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SignalStairs. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or restricted
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3 Nature of Service - Educational & Analytical Tool

SignalStairs is designed and intended solely as an educational and analytical tool. The App provides:

• AI-generated market analysis and commentary
• Automated trading signals based on algorithmic pattern recognition
• Market data aggregation and visualization
• Educational content related to cryptocurrency markets

SignalStairs does NOT:

• Provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice of any kind
• Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal, analysis, or market data
• Promise or guarantee any specific trading outcomes, profits, or returns
• Act as a broker, dealer, exchange, or financial intermediary
• Hold, control, or manage user funds at any time

All signals and analysis provided through the App are generated by automated algorithms and artificial intelligence models. These outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You must conduct your own independent research and consult qualified professionals before making any trading decisions.

4 User Responsibilities & Risk Acknowledgment

By using SignalStairs, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, unpredictable, and subject to extreme price fluctuations
• Trading cryptocurrencies can result in partial or complete loss of your invested capital
• Past performance of any signal, strategy, or analysis does not guarantee future results
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with any trade you execute
• You should never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose
• Leveraged trading (Futures) carries exponentially higher risk and can result in liquidation of your entire position
• No automated system, AI model, or analytical tool can predict market movements with certainty

You assume full and complete responsibility for all trading decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from your use of the App. SignalStairs, its developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse consequences arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

5 Subscriptions & Payments

SignalStairs offers premium subscription plans ("Paid Plans") in addition to a free tier. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App and on our website.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed exclusively through the official Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices). We do not collect, store, or process your payment card details directly.

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SignalStairs
• Android: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → SignalStairs

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds: Subscription refunds are subject to the policies of Apple and Google respectively. We are unable to process refunds directly for in-app purchases. SignalCoins are a consumable virtual currency and are non-refundable once spent to unlock a signal or feature.

6 SignalCoins - Virtual Currency

SignalCoins are a virtual, non-refundable currency usable exclusively within the SignalStairs App. Key terms:

• SignalCoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency
• SignalCoins are non-transferable between accounts
• Purchased SignalCoins do not expire; however, we reserve the right to modify coin costs for features
• Coins earned through promotional activities may be subject to separate expiration policies
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SignalCoins program with reasonable notice

7 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the SignalStairs App - including but not limited to the software code, algorithms, AI models, user interface design, logos, graphics, text, images, and trademarks - are the exclusive intellectual property of SignalStairs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Create derivative works based on the App or its content
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the App without written permission

8 User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, share premium access with others, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate our systems.

9 Third-Party Services & Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites, exchanges, or services. SignalStairs does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalStairs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of signals, analysis, or market data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalStairs, its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or business interruption - arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SignalStairs and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any trading decisions or actions you take based on App content

13 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Sharing premium account credentials
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Any unused SignalCoins or remaining subscription periods may be forfeited in cases of Terms violation.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

15 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignalStairs regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
